Which of the Two?

…is the title of The Rev. Dr. Dennis Calhoun’s message this Sunday, September 28, based on the Parable of Two Sons in Vineyard in Matthew 21:23-32.    Our Children’s Church will be exploring the story of Balaam’s Donkey in the book of Numbers.  Join us for quiet meditative worship at 8:00 am or Festival Worship at 10:00 am.

Dennis will explore Matthew 20:1-16 in his sermon, “What Would Jesus Pay?”  at both the 8am and 10am services.  The Bell Choir and Parish Singers will make musical offerings at 10am.  Children’s Church and child care are provided.

To kick-off and celebrate the new church year, the Fellowship Committee invites everyone to join an old-fashioned pot-luck picnic on September 14th. The pot-luck begins after the 10:00 a.m. service in the Parish Hall with tables outside if weather permits. Please bring a dish to share. Senior Choir sings Sunday, September 7

The ONC Senior Choir is open to anyone interested in singing – including high school students and adults of any age; no audition is necessary.  The choir will gather at 9am on Sunday, September 7 to sing for the 10am worship service. Registration Fair! Sunday, September 7th

We will be holding our first annual Registration Fair during coffee hour on Sunday, September 7th.  During the fair, representatives from the Church School Committee, Youth Committee, Youth Choir and Confirmation programs will be available to answer your questions and help you to register your children.  Registration forms are also available here: Children’s Church Confirmation Youth Group Youth Choirs

September 3: Check Youth Choirs Out Day!

SEPTEMBER 3, 2014 – “CHECK IT OUT” DAY – Come to choir and get a feel for what it’s all about. No registration required. 3:30-4:15 for Cecelia (gr. 1-3) 4:30-5:30 for Parish (gr. 4-8) (Rehearsals are modified during Festival season to 4:30-5:00 pm.*) Rehearsals continue with that schedule through the year. Each choir sings in church once every other month.
