Join Dr. Stephanie Green who will guide you in the practice of Mindfulness, which is “non-doing” or “being”. Mindfulness permits one to see all of life’s problems more clearly through the lens of a clear mind. This six week program meets on Thursdays at 10 a.m. for one hour at Stacey Street Great Room beginning September 21st. Class fee $100, payable to Stephanie Green. Pre-registration required.
